Community Member Events
We are committed to the communities we serve and are passionate about meeting our members where they are. Our Community Engagement Team sponsors and hosts local events and community organizations, supports local health fairs, provides educational workshops, participates in EBT FoodShare matching at farmer's markets and more! Our goal is to share the education, resources and support needed for you to live happy and healthy lifestyle. Below is a list of events happening in our community. These events are open to the public and CCHP members.

Black History Month Health Event
Join CCHP with Versiti and Medical College of Wisconsin for an inspiring Black History Health Event featuring Soundbowl Therapy with Coach Neila Bond and a panel discussion focused on Black health.
Our panel of experts will explore critical topics including:
- Hypertension
- Nutrition
- Diabetes
- Sickle Cell
- And more
The donor center is open beforehand from 11:30 am–6:30 pm, so stop on by to donate blood for our neighbors in need.

4th Annual Lindsay Heights Healthy Lifestyle 5K Walk
Join Chorus Community Health Plans at the 4th Annual Lindsay Heights Healthy Lifestyle 5K walk! In addition to the walk, there will be wellness resources, fitness classes, refreshments and a kickball game! Opening ceremony starts at 10 a.m. Registration is free.

CCHP at Mission of Christ Lutheran Church
Chorus Community Health Plans will be partnering with the food pantry located at Mission of Christ Lutheran Church. We will be on-site to assist with resources, health insurance questions and any other needs.
When: Every Monday and Friday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
