MILWAUKEE — Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP), an affiliate of Children’s Wisconsin, recently announced a new partnership with Network Health starting next year. Network Health will become CCHP’s sole Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and will provide customer service and claims administration services for all CCHP lines of business. Chorus Community Health Plans Distributes $2.6 Million for Care Improvement

MILWAUKEE, Wis., — Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP), an affiliate of Children’s Wisconsin, announced it is distributing $2.5 million in payouts to healthcare providers, including $1.6 million in performance-based incentives in recognition of improved quality of care. These pay-for-performance payouts are designed to support health systems’ efforts to prioritize preventative care in patients enrolled in CCHP’s BadgerCarePlus (Medicaid) programs. Chorus Community Health Plans is first in Wisconsin to offer new digital therapeutic treatment for panic attacks, panic disorder, and PTSD

Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP) has partnered with Freespira, Inc., the maker of the first FDA-cleared digital therapeutic to significantly reduce or eliminate symptoms of panic attacks, panic disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in only 28 days. Freespira is now available to all of CCHP's members, including Medicaid patients, making it the first health plan to offer this new digital treatment in Wisconsin. Learn more.
