Recent news:

New Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for Medicaid line of business

CCHP is excited to share the news of our partnership with a new Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for our Medicaid line of business. Starting January 1, 2026, Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP) customer service and claims administration services will be administered by Network Health. CCHP is committed to providing quality customer service and claims processing though our TPA, and we are excited to provide these services to our provider partners powered through a highly rated organization in Network Health.

  • There will be a new payer ID, mailing address for paper claims, and a new provider services phone number.
  • We will have a new provider portal with many great features, including claims look-up capability.
  • In addition to these enhancements, we will also update resource materials on our web site and providing new training opportunities.

More information about these items, including the opportunity to begin submitting claims before January, will be shared in the coming months. We expect the transition to be seamless.

CCHP to exit Individual and Family Plan products

June 26, 2025, Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP) has determined that we will no longer offer an Individual and Family Plan (IFP) Product (Affordable Care Act/ACA Marketplace Plan) and will exit the IFP/ACA market at the end of this calendar year, effective December 31, 2025. This decision, while difficult and after careful consideration, will allow us to focus our resources on our core Medicaid lines of business, which have been foundational to our mission since the inception of CCHP in 2006.


Provider and staff education series now available 

We've partnered with Veradigm to offer an educational series with a live webinar each month emphasizing on Quality and Risk Adjustment. Education is available for clinicians and provider office staff.
