What Do Chorus MAC Members Do?

Chorus MAC members are people who:

• Want to improve the health plan experience for other individuals, children and families who have CCHP coverage.
• Want to share their stories, feedback and experiences first-hand.
• Want to make an impact and earn compensation by sharing perspectives.
• Want to help make plan improvements to our programs, services and benefits.

Who Can Be a Chorus MAC Member?

Any actively enrolled member can join the MAC after approval from the MAC Staff Advisors. We strive to have a council of members who are of different ages, cultures, life experiences and people who live in different parts of the community.

How Do Chorus MAC Members Help CCHP?

• They review materials that are shared, ask questions, and provide feedback on them. 
• They share their stories or personal experiences with the group. 
• They attend community events to better understand the needs of members and local communities.
• They work with CCHP staff to understand the needs of other members.
• They focus on finding solutions that benefit a wide range of members.

• Talk about both positive and negative experiences.
• Bring a positive, creative attitude to bimonthly team Zoom meetings.
