ONLINE MEMBER PORTAL ACCESS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
As of 1/1/26 the IFP member portal is no longer accessible. Past members may contact Customer Service at 844-201-4672 to discuss past plan information or obtain claim status. Please note, you will be mailed an Explanation of Benefits once claims are processed.

Changes to Member Support
Beginning July 1, 2026, past IFP Member support hours of operation have changed. Our new hours of operation are 7:30a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.
