Electronic Fund Transfer
Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) is the fastest and most secure way for Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP) providers to receive payments on claims. By partnering with CCHP's trusted EFT payment vendors, we ensure timely reimbursement directly to your designated bank account, eliminating delays associated with paper checks. EFT simplifies payment tracking, reduces administrative burden, and improves cash flow for your practice

Payment Options Overview
Virtual Credit Card (VCC)
If you are not currently enrolled to receive payments electronically, ECHO may begin issuing VCC payments. No action is required to receive VCC payments. Providers who prefer not to receive VCC payments must actively opt out.
Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
Due to ECHO’s data privacy, security, and fraud prevention requirements, providers switching from VCC to EFT must authenticate enrollment by supplying payment information.
- The required payment information does not need to be from CCHP specifically.
- Providers may use payment information from any payer or health plan that has previously paid them through ECHO (for example, Network Health Medicare Advantage).
- If you are unsure whether you have received a payment through ECHO, you may call: 833-201-7641, or 800-339-4718 (direct line to an ECHO specialist supporting Network Health) An ECHO specialist can review payment history and assist with EFT setup.
Providers are encouraged to work directly with ECHO using one of the numbers above to complete EFT enrollment whenever possible.
If you have never been paid by ECHO but received a letter from ECHO:
You may use the VCC Management link included in that letter to turn off VCC payments. After opting out, you will receive a paper check and paper remittance advice. That payment information may then be saved and used to enroll in EFT.
Medical Payment Exchange (MPX)
MPX allows providers to convert paper checks to VCC, enroll in ACH, or print checks locally. Providers who opt out of VCC and are not enrolled in EFT may receive an MPX enrollment invitation.
Paper Checks
To receive paper checks and paper explanation of payment (EOP), providers must opt out of both VCC and MPX using the VCC Management link provided by ECHO.
Zelis
Providers who are currently enrolled with Zelis for their electronic payments through Network Health will be able to continue to use Zelis for CCHP electronic payments.
Contact Zelis directly at 877-828-8770 for questions related to your electronic payments.
