Get ready for open enrollment
We’ll make it easier with this handy checklist. Open enrollment starts November 1, 2023 and runs through January 15, 2024.
To help you prepare to enroll in coverage, re-enroll or change your existing plan, use this checklist.
1. Know the key dates
- November 1, 2023 - January 15, 2024, is the Open Enrollment period when you can purchase individual and family plans on and off the Marketplace.
- Enroll by Dec. 15, 2023, to have coverage begin Jan. 1, 2024, as long as your premium is paid.
There are times outside Open Enrollment where you can apply for coverage. Learn more about these Special Enrollment periods
2. Review your options
Chorus Community Health Plans 2024 plans are available here. Pricing for these plans will be available starting Nov. 1, 2023.
Chorus Community Health Plans offers 13 plans, including Bronze and Silver copay plans with $0 deductibles, a High Deductible HSA qualified plan, and an off-exchange only Silver Choice plan.
