The Treatment Cost Calculator provides personalized out-of-pocket cost estimates to help you select the most cost effective, quality option for your medical services. The calculator uses real time provider data to ensure the highest level of accuracy and will even let you know how much of your deductible or maximum out-of-pocket you have met for the year.
The Treatment Cost Calculator also:
- Allows you to search for a medical treatment, service, or condition
- Reviews estimates of your costs
- Identifies physicians, hospitals, and clinics in your area
- Compares those providers by quality, cost, and location
