Members living in southeast Wisconsin will also be able to purchase Chorus Community Health Plans Dental coverage. CCHP Dental has both on and off Exchange plans in Kenosha, Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Racine, Washington and Waukesha counties. Our plans cover routine, basic and major services are available to the whole family.
